This is a class designed for novice to amateur fighters. A typical workout includes bag work, jump rope, focus mitts, conditioning drills as well as footwork. During these classes the trainers will provide the fighter with ring time. Gladiators Boxing Gym will always prepare its fighters and teach the fundamentals essential to boxing. This class will help you to be successful in learning those fundamentals.
This provides children with an introduction to the basics of boxing. Participation will help build self-confidence and faster discipline. It’s also a fun way to increase activity. This is a great program for parents who want their children to lose weight in a healthy manner. Training is based on age and ability level.
Designed for both beginner and intermediate level participants. This course will provide training in self-defense utilizing mixed arts. It will be composed of 75% cardio activity. Similar to our fitness boxing class but using a wide variety of kicks, punches, knees and elbows.
Gladiators Boxing Gym's Amateur Program is built to produce top quality fighters. We develop those who want to pursue a professional boxing career as well as those who desire to box for recreation at the amateur level. We teach offensive and defensive boxing skills, weight training, nutrition and goal setting. We also develop the right mental attitude to help you compete and be a champion at all levels. All of our coaches and our facility is certified by USA Boxing.
